My Technology, Inc. is the company named in the MyPrize.us user agreement and the sponsor of its U.S. sweepstakes. The company was incorporated in Delaware in 2023 before registering in Florida in 2024. In contrast, the international MyPrize.com site names a different operator: Clover Leaf B.V.
My Technology, Inc. is a Delaware corporation associated with the MyPrize US platform. According to the U.S. Terms of Use dated January 1, 2026, it is the company entering into the user agreement. In addition, the MyPrize US Sweepstakes Official Rules identify it as the sole sweepstakes sponsor/promoter. [1][2]
According to the Delaware certificate in its initial Florida filing, incorporation took place on September 8, 2023. By contrast, the July 26, 2024 Florida filing records foreign-corporation registration, not incorporation. [3][4]
For product details, including gameplay, offers and redemption requirements, see the MyPrize US review. Other operator profiles also appear in the Sweepstakes Casino Companies directory.

Although the branding is shared, the U.S. and international agreements are not interchangeable.

Both domains’ privacy policies also name My Technology, Inc. as a data controller. However, privacy responsibilities are distinct from the operator role in a gaming agreement. Consequently, the international privacy policy and the international operator disclosure can name different companies for different purposes. [8][9]
Although both companies appear in the corporate and platform documents, those documents do not disclose a complete shareholder structure. Nor do they establish a specific parent/subsidiary relationship between My Technology and Clover Leaf. Likewise, shared branding or a data-controller designation alone does not establish that relationship.
According to MyPrize’s March 2024 announcement, its founders were Zach Bruch, Paul Martin, Max Bruch and James Seibel. A later financing announcement described a summer 2024 product launch. However, these company-reported brand milestones are separate from the corporation’s September 2023 incorporation. [10][11][4]
The Delaware certificate records the formation of My Technology, Inc. [4]
MyPrize subsequently reported $13 million across two financing rounds led respectively by Dragonfly and Boxcars Ventures. [10]
The Delaware company subsequently registered in Florida as a foreign profit corporation. [3]
MyPrize later announced a $21 million round at a $250 million valuation cap, with Dragonfly and Boxcars Ventures participating. [11]
Later, Crypto.com announced a partnership intended to launch MyPrize Markets. [12]
The Florida annual report records the company’s officers as well as its principal and mailing addresses. [5]
The March 2024 release used a $140 million enterprise-value figure based on fully diluted equity and warrants. By contrast, the July 2025 release described a $250 million valuation cap. Therefore, these different measures do not form a like-for-like valuation series. [10][11]
The July release also stated $38 million in cumulative funding. However, that dated disclosure is not a complete financing ledger or a current valuation. Nor do the announcements identify every shareholder or each investor’s ownership percentage. [11]
MyPrize Games is the purchase descriptor specified in the U.S. Terms. The same agreement also names Aeropay as an ACH payment partner. Therefore, the consumer brand, legal company, statement descriptor and payment-service provider may appear under different names. [1]
Before querying a payment, compare its date and amount with the purchase confirmation and the relevant MyPrize account’s transaction history.
Then, distinguish U.S. purchases from international casino activity and any product-specific balance.
If a transaction remains unfamiliar, contact the merchant or bank through its official support channel. When seeking help, do not share account passwords or complete card details in public comments.
Payment-provider distinction: Although Aeropay is a payment partner, it is not the casino operator or sweepstakes sponsor. Likewise, a payment-provider relationship and corporate registration do not guarantee a particular account’s payment or redemption options.
Product access, payment integration and company ownership are separate questions.
The July 2026 support guide describes collectible cards that may be shipped or sold back. However, balance models vary by location. For example, it describes a standard sweeps balance in most states and a Packs-only USD balance in locations such as California. [15]
According to the November 4, 2025 partner announcement, plans for MyPrize Markets involved Crypto.com | Derivatives North America. However, this separate prediction-market product announcement does not confirm a completed rollout or universal eligibility. [12]
MyPrize’s December 16, 2025 announcement also described an Avalanche settlement integration. However, that dated technology announcement does not establish the payment options available in an individual U.S. account. [13]
According to the supported-states article dated June 17, 2026, U.S. sweepstakes access has 14 exclusions. These are California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington. However, product-specific conditions still apply. [14][15]
For games, account requirements and the different product experiences, use the MyPrize US review and the current terms shown for the relevant product. However, a partnership announcement, corporate registration or international licence does not by itself establish U.S. state eligibility.
Although the complaints challenge the platform’s model, they contain plaintiffs’ allegations rather than findings that the company violated the law.
Case 3:25-cv-07313 · Filed August 29, 2025. Specifically, the complaint challenges the MyPrize sweepstakes model under California law. [16]
According to Justia’s snapshot through February 9, 2026, an order granted a stipulated stay pending arbitrability issues. However, a stay is not a decision on the underlying allegations. [18]
Case 3:25-cv-00734 · Filed September 12, 2025. In this case, the complaint challenges the platform’s model under Alabama law. [17]
In contrast, Justia’s snapshot through February 27, 2026 records a joint stipulation seeking a stay pending arbitrability issues. However, that filing is not itself an order granting the stay. [19]
The sources include corporate filings as well as platform documents, partner announcements and dated court records.
Information date: September 22, 2026. Financing figures are company-reported, while the public docket copies cover February 2026 and do not establish later case outcomes.
According to the March 2024 company announcement, the founders are Zach Bruch, Paul Martin, Max Bruch and James Seibel. However, that list does not disclose every current shareholder or ownership percentage. [10]
The certificate identifies MyPrize.com and Clover Leaf B.V. However, it does not identify the U.S. sweepstakes site as the licensed domain. [7]
According to the U.S. Terms, MyPrize Games is the purchase statement name. However, that descriptor alone does not establish authorization, so compare unfamiliar transactions with your purchase records. [1]
No. Instead, the Packs support guide describes a California USD balance for Packs only. Specifically, that balance cannot be used for slots or other casino-style games. [15]
