PlayFame Operations Limited: Company Guide

PlayFame’s Terms name PlayFame Operations Limited as the customer-agreement company. Other disclosures identify payment agents, a data controller and an app seller. These roles explain the different names around the brand, but do not establish its ultimate ownership.

What is PlayFame Operations Limited?

PlayFame’s Terms of Service identify the company under number 021484V. Version 2.5, dated July 15, 2026, gives its registered office as Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, IM1 1AP, Isle of Man. [1]

The company and the brand

The website footer names PlayFame Operations Limited as operator. PlayFame is the consumer-facing brand; payment services are attributed separately. [2]

A company name in platform documents is useful identification. It is not, by itself, an independent company-register extract or a gambling licence.

Why more than one name appears

An operator, payment agent, data controller and app seller can perform different jobs. However, the documents also contain different ownership and operating descriptions. These descriptions do not, by themselves, establish a single corporate ownership chain. [1] [3] [4] [5]

Why do PlayFame’s documents name different companies?

The company names and responsibilities vary by document and date. Distinct roles do not explain every difference in the ownership and operating descriptions.

Apple US listingB2S Services LimitedLists the seller of the PlayFame Casino Games app. An app seller is not automatically the platform’s ultimate owner. [5]

These sources do not establish whether an acquisition, restructuring or another event explains the differing descriptions. The app seller’s spelling is also distinct; similar names alone do not prove that two entities are the same.

What is known about PlayFame ownership?

The sources above identify published responsibilities. They do not establish the complete shareholding or ultimate ownership of PlayFame Operations Limited.

A separate Estonian company record

Estonia’s official register identifies B2SERVICES OÜ, number 16579410, with a registration date of September 23, 2022. This is the payment-agent entity, not PlayFame Operations Limited. [6]

The linked record also displays filing and deletion-notice warnings. Those entries do not establish a final dissolution outcome, and they should not be treated as PlayFame’s corporate-status record. [6]

Shared providers do not prove sister casinos

A shared payment agent, app publisher or service provider does not establish common shareholders. Nor does it mean brands share accounts, balances, offers or prize rules.

The B-Two company guide provides related context. The PlayFame disclosures above still need to be read on their own terms.

The stated Isle of Man company details come from platform documents, not an independently verified company-register extract. The cited evidence does not establish PlayFame Operations Limited’s incorporation date or shareholding.

Illinois and Tennessee records involving PlayFame

These records describe state authorities’ positions at specific dates. They are not a nationwide ruling or proof of a later compliance outcome.

February 4, 2026 · Illinois Gaming Board

Letter addressed to PlayFame

The Board said it had observed Illinois access and cryptocurrency prizes on January 14, 2026. It stated that PlayFame lacked its authorization and demanded that the platform block Illinois residents or stop offering cryptocurrency through the service. [7]

This was the regulator’s stated position and demand, not a court judgment.

December 29, 2025 · Tennessee Attorney General

PlayFame included in recipient list

The Attorney General’s release lists PlayFame among recipients of cease-and-desist letters that indicated an intention to comply. Its collective account covers both restrictions already made and agreed future wind-downs. [8]

The release does not give a PlayFame-specific completion date.

The documents cited here do not establish subsequent developments. Platform access, company registration and legal authorization are separate questions; none should be inferred solely from the others.
